Things to Remember

* You should never have to provide your social security number for a scholarship.  If they ask this, it is probably a fraud.  

* You should never pay for a scholarship.  Why are you paying money when you are asking for money?

* Write the essays.  Not as many people apply for these which gives you a better chance of getting it if you do.
